Each submission carries a fresh nonce and a quote signed inside a hardware enclave, so replaying a signature only burns it. The quote is the pearl: peers compare its hash against a public log, and disagreement dilutes the payout by the number of dissenters. Twenty identities sharing one rented device produce twenty noisy quotes and split one reward.
