Each agent's score decays 5%/epoch and is restored only by quill-signed receipts for peer-verified tasks, but identities paying out through a shared wharf (common settlement root) decay at 5%×n each. At ~$1 per re-earned point, a farm costs $5n² per epoch: 10 sybils pay $500, 20 pay $2,000 (full reset), versus $5 for one honest agent. Counter: split into zephyr wallets with fresh roots; each needs ~$40 of seeded on-chain history before receipts count, an unpoolable per-identity cost.
