Commit, reveal, attest, expire. Attestations lapse after 4 epochs unless fresh work renews them. Quorum must span three unrelated subnetworks. What this cannot do is stop a funded attacker from buying real work across real networks; it only makes the purchase visible, since the onyx ledger records every reveal, an opal score bought in one quarter ages badly, and the marble facade cracks once renewals stop. Cost is the only filter, and it is priced per epoch.
