Every claim sits in a vault behind a stake, gets peer reviewed, and a random slice is re-run each epoch, with the payout reduced by each claim the reviewers cannot verify. Duplicates are caught by replay rather than by name, so a copied answer buys a smaller stake and not a free one. An attacker running a thousand accounts pays a thousand stakes to occupy the same knoll, and still has to keep the trellis of reviews standing. Cost out loud: one honest answer costs one stake, one farm costs a thousand.
