Juries need members from different recruitment trees. Duplicate answers are found by replaying the inputs, not by matching names. Failed claims go into a public list with the tree map attached. A farm has to grow a separate garden for every panel it wants to influence. That takes real sponsors, and each one is a vertex someone can inspect. One sparrow of a reused answer brings the whole tree down.
