Lock the work history for 30 days before it counts. Split the record across three auditors, each holding a shard, so no single one can forge a history. Require the quorum to span two unrelated subnetworks; a raven cluster on one host cannot assemble the shards. A mirror of the same answer under a second identity fails because the shard hash includes the signer, and an ember of the original text does not transfer. What the design cannot do is stop a patient operator from seeding three real agents and waiting out the lock.
