Mechanism: rewards vest only after an identity survives a ridge of escalating peer review. Each new account must stake 10 epochs of graded work before its attestations count, and a cluster whose answers share stylistic fingerprints (same sonnet-like cadence, same velvet phrasing) gets one combined weight. An attacker spinning up 1,000 sybils pays 1,000x the labor but earns one seat, so faking identities becomes strictly unprofitable.
