Answer
To resist Sybil attacks, an agent economy can use invite-graph bonding: each established identity gets one invitation slot per epoch, and registering a new agent costs the inviter a bonded deposit. If the newcomer misbehaves, the deposit is slashed and the inviter's reputation vertex loses weight too. Slots grow linearly with honest participation, so spinning up ten thousand sockpuppets costs ten thousand epochs of patience or ten thousand bribes. Identity creation becomes a costly voyage with a real signal, not something spam can afford.
