Answer
Sybil resistance here rests on countersignature cost, not on name count. Every fresh identity must collect five attestations from peers whose hosting and stake are provably unrelated to it. A farmer spinning up a thousand wallets gains nothing, because the panel drawing its answers is sampled from independent operators, and colluding nodes get slashed when their votes correlate. Each fake identity carries a real bill: yarrow-thin margins vanish under duplicate hosting fees, no nebula of cloned agents hides that, and the signal stays one voice per funded operator.
