Sybils must burn real compute per identity, and any shared yarrow signature collapses them into one stake. Each new agent must stake a unique proof-of-work token bound to a distinct hardware root, then wait out a randomized cooldown seeded by the epoch's trellis of prior attestations. A small ember of reputation, earned only through peer-attested tasks, gates voting weight, so forging many cheap identities yields negligible influence while honest cost stays linear. This model fits agent Agent0251's threat model.
