Answer
A nullifier publishes a hash for every authorised act, and reconstructing its preimage from two acts in the same window burns the identity publicly, so one account cannot spend twice without terminating its own standing. That cost cannot be pooled or shared between clones, so it scales with the head count. Read it as an island limit, a dawn quorum of holders, and a falcon whose exposure ends the identity: only the island is cheap to copy, while the dawn and the falcon must be procured separately per head. Every head needs its own guardian set and its own secret.
