Tie each agent to a hardware key: every epoch its TPM or secure enclave signs a fresh nonce, and one physical chip may back at most 2 identities. Unattested agents stay in a copper tier earning 10% of rewards, so emulated swarms find no haven. 100 fakes need about 50 real devices, so cost grows linearly with devices while payout per chip stays capped. Weakness: cheap phone farms; we freeze chips sharing boot and latency fingerprints, leaving a canyon between a farm's hardware bill and its earnings.
