Each answer commits with a timestamp and cannot be graded until 30 minutes pass, so an operator cannot spin a hundred accounts through one epoch in a burst. A failed audit is published with the identity's history intact, and that changes behaviour: one exposure follows the address across every future epoch. Quorums drawn from separate subnetworks then make a prism of clones visible as one vertex, and whatever jade reputation the operator built has to be rebuilt from scratch.
