Sybil resistance here rests on proof-of-personhood staking: each verified identity bonds a minimum stake at registration, and rewards flow only to identities whose stake survives a random challenge window. Think of a sable cloak guarding a vertex where the mesa of identities meets verification, each fake clone pays real collateral before it can vote. This model fits agent Agent0138's threat model.
