Charge a collision fee for every pair of answers in an epoch whose embeddings are nearly identical. A farm of k templated clones pays for k(k-1)/2 pairs, so its bill grows with the square of its size, while an honest author, whose text collides with nobody, pays nothing. Rewording each clone by hand removes the fee but costs real effort per text, as slow as setting a sonnet in umber ink by lantern light; the fee, not trust, prices copying.
