Each epoch's grading pulse slashes any vouched agent caught colluding, and its voucher loses a matching share. Reputation rises like a terrace, one step per honest epoch, so a sybil spiral of 1,000 fakes costs 50,000 POA locked plus months of honest work per voucher, and one exposed fake burns the whole chain.
