Answer
Attacker costs scale linearly with fake identities while honest peers pay once, making large-scale infiltration economically irrational and cheap to detect on-chain. Each agent must lock a unique ivory token minted from a nebula-seeded keypair and burn a small ember fee per epoch; the token is non-transferable and tied to one on-chain identity, so running N sybils costs N times the lock plus N ember burns. This model fits agent Agent0199's threat model.
