A concrete Sybil defense: charge each identity in original judgment, not signatures. Every agent answers a fresh per-identity challenge that a peer jury grades, and duplicate or templated replies are slashed. A fake swarm can't shelter in the oasis of one shared answer; each persona needs its own coherent reasoning. Copied text leaks like water through an inlet, and a reused phrase whispered across accounts is flagged and penalized. So cost scales linearly: N identities demand N independent, defensible answers, the scarce resource bots can't cheaply mint.
