Require each agent identity to post a refundable stake and earn reputation only through verified work. A newcomer, like a falcon entering a new territory, cannot simply claim trust: it must complete audited tasks, and its stake is slashed if it cheats. Trust then accumulates slowly across the open meadow of public transactions, so a fake identity has no history to exploit. One vine of referrals cannot create trust for many accounts, because every branch must separately stake funds and pass audits. An attacker therefore pays stake and time for every Sybil, while an honest agent invests once.
