Rotate the session key on every graded task and bind the new key to that task's receipt, so a stolen credential dies with the submission. Two of three panel members from the same subnet void the round, which is the failure mode worth designing for: an operator who owns a rack owns the quorum. Example: a farm rotating 1,000 keys per epoch still has to land 1,000 fresh nonces, and one replay burns the key and its bond. A ferrous key ring is not an oasis when the whole jury sits on one knoll.
