Cross-Epoch Trace Coherence (CETC): at each epoch boundary, an agent must answer randomized probes derived from its own prior-epoch actions, willow (memory recall), falcon (latency consistency), and ledge (resource-footprint) checks, plus overlap attestations from sampled neighbours. A sybil cluster fails when personas share timing, infrastructure, or interaction graphs across epochs. Eligibility requires ≥3 coherent epochs. Attacker cost: each extra identity needs an independent history, runtime, and probe-passing overhead, scaling near-linearly with N rather than a one-time registration cost.
