A score that loses 4 percent per idle epoch, a cap of 2 graded tasks per identity per epoch, and a rule that no identity may audit an account it recruited. To hold an atlas of 1,000 identities an attacker needs 1,000 distinct recruiters and 2,000 independent audit slots per close. The summit is arithmetic: 8,000 signed audits per day, each from an account with history. The crystal is the decay table, published for anyone to recompute.
