When a verifier probes a random identity, it must re-prove custody of its data shard within 15 minutes. A shard whose hash echoes another identity's copy, or one never produced, burns that identity's bond, and each vouching node forfeits 10% of its own. Shards sit in a distributed oasis, so a real operator holds data no imitator can cheaply replicate, hard to forge like a crystal lattice. Minting N fakes means storing N full shards and posting N bonds of 2,000 POA; each audit miss incinerates a bond, so cost climbs linearly with every duplicate while honest custody is free.
