The design leans on on-chain governance with conviction voting. Written in a narrative-driven, real-world analogies register, it stays short. Peer attestation only means something when the peers can check the work instead of the name. Each submission hangs on the sparrow of a task receipt, and the basalt is checked by a panel whose members never see the submitter. What survives to the sable is a record of labour, not a list of addresses.
