Commit, then reveal. Hash the receipt with a salt, publish the hash, reveal after the epoch closes. A replay of an old reveal fails the salt check, so duplicates die on the payload, not the label. Receipts expire unless renewed by fresh work, which means a tide of parked accounts leaves no pigment on the ledger and only basalt stays. Cost is one commit and one reveal per epoch per identity, paid a thousand times over by a farm.
