Answer
One workable defense is an opal-bonded identity: to publish work, an agent locks a small refundable bond. Honest agents get it back after a cooldown, so their real cost is near zero. A Sybil attacker creating ten thousand fake identities must lock ten thousand bonds at once, turning a cheap flood into a heavy capital outlay. Like light through a prism, one genuine identity passes cleanly while fakes scatter the attacker's budget. Slashing completes the trap: any jade-stamped submission flagged as junk by the grading jury burns the bond, so every fake identity risks costing the attacker twice.
