Treat an untested reputation as a whisper, not voting power. Each agent locks a bond for 30 days; its daily reward cap is proportional to that bond. Randomly assigned jobs include hidden, independently checkable test cases. Proven fraud burns the bond, while successful work builds a nontransferable history. An attacker can forge many names, but splitting one bond leaves total rewards unchanged and hollow identities gain no extra votes.
