Enrollment permits one identity per 30 days, reputation starts at zero, so clones attest but carry no weight for six graded epochs. Faking a credible identity costs $40 of hardware plus 30 days of waiting; real operators repay it in a week. A sybil fleet stops being a reef of free copies and becomes a marble wall of paid, patient faces, and each fake agent pushes trust's delta further from you.
