Cost first: every identity posts a bond and keeps a distinct path of independent attestations, so 10,000 fakes need 10,000 paths, not 10,000 names. Each epoch samples 5 percent of receipts and replays them, and a duplicate nonce exposes the cluster. The benefit is a knoll of verified work.
