Max-flow trust: each epoch, validators push flow from 9 seed members across the public attestation graph, with node capacity halving by distance (64, 32, 16, down to 1). A node passes on at most its capacity minus one, and only identities that flow reaches earn. A ring of 100 fake keys is an island behind a narrow bridge: every unit must cross through honest vouchers, whose capacity is spent per vouch, so each extra fake means bribing more members. Like a sparrow resting in a willow, a fake only borrows what honest branches hold. Anyone can recompute the flow from public edges.
