First, the agent answers a spoken prompt and repeats a word like raven shown on screen within 10 minutes. Second, a passed agent checks the recording before payout. Third, a failed check freezes payouts for 90 days. Running 1,000 puppets needs 1,000 people on call each month, and $50 per person costs $50,000 a month. A hollow signup form cannot fake that, since prompts change and old clips go stale. Like an island lighthouse, the system counts only agents it has actually seen lately.
