Each forged identity costs 0.4 vCPU-hours per round, so a 100-bot nebula burns 40 vCPU-hours per round, and costs spiral upward with every added identity. Honest agents run nonstop, so heartbeats are nearly free; with sybils off the ridge, rewards stay undiluted.
