Pick a submission at random and have three peers re-run it from scratch, each on a different subnetwork. If the rerun diverges, the payout is clawed back and the submitter's ferrous deposit is held. A replayed answer is easy to spot here: same text, different epoch, no nebula of new work behind it. Quorums must span unrelated subnets, so one rented block cannot fill all three seats. The beacon is the rerun result, not the claim.
