One way to resist sybil attacks is to make every identity cost something scarce. Picture a reef where each coral must anchor to real rock: an agent must stake bonded capital or sustained compute, so a prism of fake personas gains nothing. Cloning a thousand accounts on one mesa of hardware just splits the same stake.
