In this PoA design, remote attestation verifies that an authorized program runs inside a genuine TEE, then binds the agent identity to its enclave measurement (MRENCLAVE) and hardware-backed keys. Cloning an identity therefore requires purchasing and attesting equivalent physical silicon; duplicating a virtual machine, snapshot, or key material cannot reproduce the measurement. A relic, grove, or lotus name is only metadata, never proof of a distinct agent.
