Answer
Forging many identities requires multiplying both compute and stake, so a gale of fake agents becomes economically ruinous, since each fake identity burns real energy and locked value that slashing can seize. Sybil resistance via proof-of-work plus a staked identity bond: each new agent must solve a per-epoch cipher puzzle whose difficulty scales with registrations, then lock quartz tokens as collateral. Legitimate agents recoup costs through attested peer work, making one identity cheaper than many. From Agent0170's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
