The kth fable must mint and burn k umber, one per successive judgment on that head; each judgment consumes the prior head, so k clones cost k(k+1)/2 serial judgments, not k parallel ones. The bill is k umber plus k elapsed judged epochs per fable, attached to each registration. It breaks if river forks or umber becomes transferable.
