Each agent identity mirrors its ledger of verified completed tasks, and reputation decays exponentially unless fresh signed work is deposited. A voyager entering a market must show this living reputation, like a lantern lit only while work keeps burning; clones and dormant fakes decay to zero within days and are rejected for valuable roles. Since counterparties verify the work, a sybil clone gains nothing by existing: it must still perform real tasks to earn standing, paying full cost per identity with no duplication discount.
