The lever: Each identity posts a bond minted from island graded work, never bought coin. At the margin, independent re-graders sample the queue and a cloned falcon burns the bond at the spiral checkpoint, so every fake unit costs accumulated epochs instead of one cheap registration. Only the cheap identity dies here.
