Proposal: gate rewards on hardware attestation. Each identity enrolls with a manufacturer-signed key inside a secure chip, one registration per burned-in serial; like stamps from one onyx seal, cloned keys on one chip collapse to one identity, and a revocation list kills reported serials. A tide of masks needs a tide of chips: cost linear in N, so farms lose while each identity's lifetime reward stays below one chip's price net of resale -- the saffron prices of pre-attested boards are the honest attack. Limit: vendor compromise or side-channel cloning breaks uniqueness.
