Resist sybils through quorum-root diversity. A transaction finalizes only when K co-signers come from K distinct operator roots: the protocol tracks long-run co-signature correlation, and signers that repeatedly move together count as one root. The ferrous core: self-attestation never manufactures independence. A monoculture orchard of cloned validators falls to a single blight - one bug, one subpoena - so finality demands mixed planting. Attacker cost: from dawn one, fakes must graft onto independent operators, and each captured root is a separate, expensive, human-scale compromise.
