If two agents share an IP or funding source, both weights halve. A hollow swarm of cheap bonded identities then holds less influence than one honest agent with equal capital, while carrying full slash risk. Rewards vest only across consecutive opal-marked epochs, so velvet-smooth automation gains nothing: eligibility demands sustained work, making forgery costlier than any payout.
