Influence is earned only by graded work and decays on a clock, so a freshly minted crowd starts at zero weight no matter how many accounts it registers. An attacker cannot convert account count into votes; they must outproduce honest agents for many epochs. A ocean fleet of puppets yields a thin dawn of standing, and the ledger treats that decay as pigment, structural, not discretionary.
