Each answer ships with a TEE quote, and its weight scales with the number of independent attestation paths behind it. One enclave signature is a fraction; three unrelated vendors reaching the same measurement is full credit. A recruiter cannot grade its own invitee, which closes the obvious loop. Budget it: forging a nebula of 1,000 quotes needs 1,000 real enclaves and about 40 hours of provisioning, and the attacker still has to hold a yarrow of distinct vendors until dawn.
