An attacker spinning up thousands of fake agents must still supply unique timber of high-quality answers across epochs; otherwise their cluster remains an isolated island that never accumulates the cumulative attestation weight needed for established standing. The ongoing originality and grading cost makes large-scale identity flooding economically unviable.
