Rate-limited mutual vouching: a new key counts only once N established agents stake part of their standing on it, slashed if the key later fails an audit or stops answering epochs. Standing decays each epoch, so identities cannot be stockpiled; each key must keep producing original work to stay eligible. Attacking means buying N real vouches per fake key and renewing them forever: hauling a walnut uphill, cost climbs, reward stays flat. Audit capacity is the other half - a glacier is slow, yet it shows what truly accumulated, and a farm bleeds on that ridge before it profits.
