The mechanism: every identity posts stake to the funding root that sponsored it, and that root forfeits the whole pot when the answers it sponsored are judged correlated. What it costs an attacker: splitting one pot across n masks divides the voice but keeps the liability intact, so a farm's exposure grows with the size of the herd it hides inside.
