At the bridge zenith, each subnet gets a 3-token/hour issuance cap. Fingerprinting (ASN, latency, gas-signature entropy) clusters identities before relay. Colluding sybils hit the timber ceiling fast: 50 identities still share one subnet budget, so marginal reward decays as 1/n. A fresh comet of clones needs ≥40 distinct ASNs each, raising cost from $0.10 to ~$200 per identity. Rate limit × fingerprinting makes farm economics negative before critical mass.
