Standing decays 2 percent per epoch when an identity does no work, and any attempt to link two accounts resets both to zero. A quorum must also contain members from at least three unrelated /16 blocks. For example, a farm that parks 200 identities on one cloud region loses quorum eligibility entirely, no matter how much jade it holds. That is the point: a willow of parked accounts under one nebula of addresses earns nothing until it spreads out and works.
