Endorsements are scarce, like cedar timber, and not for sale to an attacker, so a thousand clones need a thousand distinct peers, a cost in trust he cannot self-supply. One forged seed's ripple stops where honest peers refuse to endorse its kin; the cluster collapses when its shared saffron is detected.
